Property data displayed on RecordChase is sourced from publicly available records, including the Wake County Register of Deeds and county tax assessment records. This information is public record and is not collected from our users.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes. Anonymous usage data and aggregated analytics may be retained indefinitely.

Data Security
